The people today who are bored with the stress of the metropolitan life and the business life have now inclined to relieve from these boredoms through alternative sports and tourist travels. Many people now choose to spend their time in tourist travels and activities in the nature not only in summer time, but also at any available time. In this regard, we are wishful to expand the holiday options, present alternatives to the people interested in nature sports and bring together the companies acting and producing in this sector.
Information about the Exhibition
The Exhibition, which is the first in this year, shall be held at Ankara Altinpark Fuar Merkezi A Blok ( Ankara Altinpark Exhibition Center , Block A) and the Open Area. The exhibition held by Forza Exhibition and Organization Services, Inc. is supported by Turkish Camp and Caravan Association as well as associations and organizations related to tourist resorts and nature sports.
During the Exhibition in which the manufacturers of camp & caravan materials, tourism agencies as well as other associations and organizations manufacturing materials related to hot springs, thermal springs and nature sports, various shows shall be held and participants shall be able to hold meetings to introduce themselves.
Products and Services to be exhibited in the Exhibition
Camp – caravans and materials, tents, tables, chairs, chaise lounges, head lanterns, glasses, binoculars, communication devices, jackknives, clothes, footwear, bags, sleeping suit, waist bags, purses, dust bags, maps, compasses, GPSs, altimeters, watches, health and first aid materials, wireless, care products, buttons, security materials and instrumentation, shovels, boiled wheat, casques, coats, dynamic and static threads, intermediate bands, artificial climbing handles, land buildings, bicycles, horse – riding and related materials, skiing and related materials, rafting, slope parachuting, paragliding, paintball, trekking, beach volleyball, mountaineering, snowboard, rock climbing, fishery materials and equipments, lake materials, golf cars, any sports materials, arching and related materials, portable refrigerators, portable showers, portable WCs, portable cookers, marine motors, boats, canoes, surf materials, diving materials and equipments, books, hobby materials, tourism and traveling agencies, hot springs, thermal springs, transferable holiday resorts, holiday villages, hotels, motels, camping, traveling companies, underwriters, banks etc.

10.00 a.m. – 08.00 p.m.
Sales
Retail sales shall be made in the last two days of the exhibition.
Participation Fee and Payment
80 USD plus VAT per m² with stand at entrance floor (Hall A1),
60 USD plus VAT per m² with stand at balcony floor (Hall A2).
10 USD discount on each m² shall be applicable for those desiring to construct their own stands.
Fee per m² of open area is 30 USD plus VAT.
The smallest stand is 9 m².
30 % of the participation fee shall be paid at signature of the contract, and the remaining amount shall be paid on 15 April 2004.

Services Included in the Participation Fee
Stand construction, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 dustbin, 1 ashtray, 1 spot for each 3 m², facade panel, general security (the security of the stand during the time when the exhibition is open shall be under the responsibility of the participant), general cleaning services (cleaning inside the stand shall be under the responsibility of the participant), provision of “all risk” insurance up to TL 20,000,000 for each m² of stands, allocation of 1 page in the exhibition catalogue for the company profile, promotion of the exhibition via press – broadcasting organs and open air advertisements.
Extra Materials and Services
Services (table, chair, shelf, display cabinet, special section, telephone line, fax, refrigerator, hostess, translator, handling and clearing services for foreign participants etc.) to be demanded other than the products and services included in the participation fee shall be charged separately.
Promotions
Exhibition brochures shall be sent to the good and service producers of the sector. Exhibition posters and manual announcements shall be disseminated. Invitiation cards shall be delivered to the related people concerning the Exhibition. Billboards shall be hung at important locations of the city. Advertisements shall be printed in regional editions of top three high – circulated newspapers. The exhibition shall be announced by means of regional radios and televisions.
Exhibition Catalogue
The Exhibition Catalogue shall be printed in colored glossy paper in size 12 x 21 cm. The participants shall be able to order advertisements on the catalogue to be disseminated to the related associations and organizations and sold to the visitors.
Advertisement Fees
Colored Back Cover Page : 1000 USD + VAT
Colored Inner Cover Pages : 500 USD + VAT
Colored Inner Pages : 250 USD + VAT
The advertisement films should be submitted by the participants ordering advertisements. Framed advertisement films should be prepared one cm smaller than the page size.
Traveling and Accommodation
Traveling and accommodating of participants from abroad shall be organized by 3F Tourism Traveling Co., Ltd.
Transport, Customs and Handling
Hitit Trans and Hitit Customs Consulting Co. shall provide assistance with regard to transport, customs and handling services to the companies participating in the Exhibition.
